Terms of Service

1. What fastverifi is

fastverifi sells one-time phone numbers, longer-term number rentals, and mobile-data eSIMs, primarily for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers and eSIMs are provided through third-party suppliers (currently SMSPool) — fastverifi is not the network operator and doesn’t guarantee a specific supplier’s availability or reliability beyond the refund terms below.

2. Your account

You need an account (email and password, or Google sign-in) to use fastverifi. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Your wallet and prices

fastverifi runs on a prepaid wallet, denominated in US dollars. You add funds via MoMo or Orange Money (processed by Fapshi); the XAF amount you send is converted to USD at the rate shown before you pay. Prices for numbers, rentals, and eSIMs are always computed by our server from live supplier pricing — the price you’re shown at checkout is the price you’re charged, never a client-side estimate. Your balance can never go below zero.

4. Refunds

Refund terms are different for each product, and are shown to you before you pay:

• Buy a number: if no code arrives within the activation window, you’re refunded automatically. No action needed on your part.
• Rent a number: refundable within a set number of days of purchase — the exact window (or whether a given plan is refundable at all) is shown on that plan before you buy it.
• eSIM: final once activated. There is no refund path for eSIM purchases — this is stated plainly before you confirm one.

5. Acceptable use

Use fastverifi for lawful purposes only. Some services may be restricted or unavailable because our suppliers themselves restrict them (for example, certain financial or KYC-related verification categories) — this is a supplier policy, not something fastverifi curates or endorses. We can suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or to violate a supplier’s own terms.

6. Availability

fastverifi depends on third-party suppliers (SMSPool for numbers/eSIMs, Fapshi for payments) and can be affected by their outages or changes, outside of our control. We’ll do our best to keep the service running and your balance accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
