Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-08-27.

Draft — written to accurately describe what fastverifi actually collects and does today, for a lawyer to review before real launch. This is not legal advice and hasn’t had legal review yet.

1. What we collect

  • Account info: your email, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile info Google shares for sign-in.
  • Purchase activity: which services/countries you bought numbers for, rental and eSIM purchases, and their status — not the content of SMS messages beyond what’s needed to show you the code you requested.
  • Deposit records: the amount you sent, the MoMo/Orange Money number used for that transaction, and a reference ID from our payment processor (Fapshi). We don’t store your MoMo/OM PIN or full payment credentials — Fapshi handles the actual payment.
  • Technical data: IP address (used to apply rate limits and protect against abuse on sign-in/sign-up), and, if error monitoring is enabled, technical details about errors the app encounters (not your password or wallet contents).

2. How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, compute and charge correct prices, buy numbers/ eSIMs on your behalf from our suppliers, process deposits, show you your own purchase and balance history, and prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud checks).

3. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. It’s shared only with the services fastverifi needs to function:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
  • SMSPool — our number/eSIM supplier; sees the service/country you’re requesting a number for, not your fastverifi account details beyond what a purchase requires.
  • Fapshi — our payment processor for MoMo/ Orange Money deposits; sees your phone number and deposit amount for that transaction.
  • Sentry — error monitoring, if enabled; may receive technical details about an error (never your password or wallet contents).

4. How long we keep it

As long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Wallet and transaction history is kept as a permanent, append-only record — the same record that keeps your balance accurate is also what keeps it accountable.

5. Your choices

You can change your password from your Account page at any time. To request a copy of your data, or to close your account, contact us — this isn’t yet self-serve in the app.

6. Cookies

We use functional cookies only: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember whether you’ve dismissed a one-time onboarding tip. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
